The Citizen Association for Equitable and Sustainable Time (ACHEDFR) places particular importance on privacy and the protection of personal data. This policy explains how personal data are collected, used and protected on heure-ete.net.

The data controller is: Association Citoyenne pour une Heure Équitable et Durable (ACHEDFR), registered office: 14, avenue de Saint-Germain – 78160 Marly-le-Roi – France. Contact: achedpublic@gmail.com.

2. Personal data collected

Depending on the features used on the site, we may collect:

Email address
User account information (identifier, preferences, language)
Survey responses
Technical security data (logs, anonymised IP address)

For some surveys, optional statistical information may also be requested (e.g. nationality, country/region of residence and/or time zone). These fields are never mandatory and are collected solely for statistical analysis.

Consent (newsletter, voluntary participation);

Membership performance and legal obligations for members’ administration.

5. Retention periods

Account data: while the account is active
Inactive accounts: deletion/anonymisation after 3 years of inactivity
Survey data: identifiable only as long as needed, then anonymised
Security technical data: up to 12 months

6. Recipients

Personal data are intended exclusively for ACHEDFR. No transfers outside the EU.

7. Hosting and security

Hosted by OVH SAS (EU). HTTPS, password hashing, restricted access, regular backups.

8. Cookies, preferences and analytics

Technical cookies: strictly necessary cookies only (sessions, security).

Preferences: language/display may be stored locally (e.g. localStorage).

Analytics: Matomo without cookies and with IP anonymisation.

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, withdrawal of consent.
