Morocco legal time

The legal time is governed by legal and regulatory provisions and is not a purely sectoral decision or an isolated measure, said Amal El Fallah Seghrouchni, the Minister Delegate in charge of Digital Transition and Administrative Reform, on Monday in Rabat.

She emphasized that this matter does not fall under the purview of a single department, but requires a comprehensive and concerted approach, taking into account the specific characteristics of each sector as well as the general interest. Any decision in this matter, governed by laws and decrees, must be based on a thorough analysis using data from multiple sectors.
