On ne rattache pas suffisamment l'heure d'été au changement climatique. Le gouvernement français prête à l'heure d'été un effet positif négligeable — allez comprendre. Ce n'est pas le diagnostic de l'association ACHED.

L'avancement de l'heure est un facteur parmi bien d'autres, mais il n'est pas négligeable. C'est aussi un facteur sur lequel il est possible d'agir rapidement et à peu de frais, simplement en mettant fin à l'heure d'été double et, au passage, au changement d'heure.

L'association ACHED déplore cet événement et ne peut s'empêcher de réagir afin d'informer les Français.
